Rich and Skinny jeans

And the winner for the most pretentious premium jeans line is…Rich and Skinny jeans. With ridiculously named colors such as Dexatrim Pink and Trimspa Blue and skinny styles such as “Flashy,” “Lush,” and “Sleek,” Rich and Skinny seems to scream “You’re not worthy!”
Were the creators being satirical in naming the line “Rich and Skinny?” While Rich and Skinny jeans do have some luxury touches such as washed silk pocketing and waistband lining, there’s really not much else that sets them apart from other high-end jeans besides some of the obnoxious colors. It seems that the name “Rich and Skinny” is, in fact, more of a generic label than any sort of witty social commentary.
