While Ella Moss runs true-to-size, it is meant to cling to the figure. Some customers have noted that their normal size tends to fit too loose and they size down for a better fit. During college, Protzel’s stylist friends raided her closet for her handmade T-shirts and prized vintage pieces to take on photo shoots. It was then that she realized fashion was her true calling. Transferring from Pasadena’s Art Center as a graphic design student, Protzel arrived at The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles without knowing how to make a pattern. As a gifted artist, she started drawing the silhouettes and loved learning how make her designs come to fruition.

Designer Apparel

It is way too easy to get hooked on designer apparel, but it’s hard to find high fashion clothing online or places that sell high fashion clothes. Probably the best things to look for if you want to add some designer fashion to your wardrobe are designer shoes and designer jeans. Both are things where a great fit is really important, and so getting them at a place that sells designer women’s apparel is your best bet. I just got a pair of designer jeans and I don’t think I’ll be comfortable in anything of a lesser quality after wearing these ones. Definitely a worthy buy.

Juicy Couture is branching out

Juicy Couture is really branching out with their product. All I ever saw before was Juicy Couture clothing, like their velour track suits, but they aren’t restricted solely to their Juicy Couture clothing. The Juicy handbags are great quality, and Juicy Couture handbags, of course, match perfectly with the Juicy clothing and Juicy Couture jewelry. The brand is fairly cohesive as far as making accessories to go with the clothing. I just received Juicy Jewelry from a friend for my birthday and I’m looking at other stuff now. I think I might get a Juicy handbag next. I prefer to the velour to the leather bags.

Ella Moss has such adorable clothing all the time. It’s hard not to buy every item I see by Ella Moss clothing! A local boutique just got a new Ella Moss dress that I’m absolutely in love with! I already have a few Ella Moss dresses that are fairly new, but it fits just right and the price is great. I’m torn between buying the Ella Moss Dress and an Ella Moss top which would go perfectly with an Ella Moss black coat. I think almost every tag in my closet reads ‘Ella Moss.’ Everybody should really check it out.

The must have fave item of this season is the Black Pea Coat. Whether you chose a vintage black pea coat or a wool black pea coat, the women’s black pea coat is hot enough to keep you warm this winter. From La hippy to New York socialite, all of us will have to make a little room in our wardrobe for a black pea coat this winter.

My boyfriend just picked up this amazing Ben Sherman Shirt from that boutique over on Main. He’s never bought Ben Sherman clothing before, but he seems to absolutely love it, and I have to agree with him. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him look so gorgeous and refined. I’ve only ever seen the Ben Sherman Men’s but I’m so going to check out the women’s stuff now that I’ve seen how classy Ben Sherman is. I just adore that mod look. I’ve also had my eye on the more beachy looks from Ted Baker Clothing. I’ve spotted a really unique looking Ted Baker Jacket for my guy from Ted Baker Men’s, and there’s a perfect Ted Baker Coat I picked out for this fall. I expect to stock my wardrobe with a lot more from both of these brands, but it’s so hard to choose favorites when every item in their lines is amazing.

Twisted Heart

I just spotted the newest editions to the Twisted Heart Clothing line and I’m so excited for when it comes out in stores, which should be very soon. I have always been a huge fan of Twisted Heart and I think this is going to be the best and most innovative line they have ever put out. This autumn the brand is presenting their Twisted Heart Limited Edition Set. There are so many different styles and colors; it’s enough to make a girl’s head spin. As soon as the new Twisted Heart hits the racks I’m taking my whole group of shopping buddies down to the mall with me to make an event of it. It’s just in time, too. Any one of Twisted Heart’s plush velour hoodies would be a perfectly cozy addition to the wardrobe I have picked out for that ski trip in a few months. I just hope it’s not so comfortable that I feel more like lounging than skiing.

G-Star or Diesel

My cousin and I just went hiking in Colorado this last week and I finally got to field test my new G-Star Jeans. It was my cousin that recommended G-Star, and I did like the look of G-Star Clothing, so I grabbed a pair of G star 3300 jeans before we left for the trip. Coming from a brand with a name like G-Star Raw, you have to figure they might fit in with a somewhat rugged lifestyle, and they didn’t disappoint. The jeans came away virtually unscathed from some serious roughing-it. I just might go back and grab a G-Star jacket now. The brand seems to run along the same quality as Diesel Clothing. Diesel Men’s is admirably hardy. I own a very well-loved pair of Diesel Jeans and Diesel Jacket for quite a while now and they’ve lived through a fair amount of adventuring.

Kensie or Kenzie

I have only owned my gorgeous new Kenzie dress for three days now and I have already gotten more compliments on it than I can count on my fingers and toes combined. And it is so unbelievably comfortable! I simply want to wear it every day. And just wait until people get a look at the Kenzie sweater that goes with it. Kensie clothing has so much feminine appeal and it’s always unique; it’s hard not to go a little crazy for it and try to buy a store completely out of their Kenzie clothing stock. I am still keeping my eyes peeled for that perfect pair of shoes and the right accessories to go with the dress, but until I find them, I think I’ll just indulge in more scrumptious Kenzie clothes. I think I’m going to need a second closet or more after they release next season’s clothing.

Bailey 44, LA Made, Michael Stars

After the success of my Bailey 44 dress at prom, I’ve invested in quite a bit more Bailey 44 clothing. I thought I had myself covered with basics for the season after my splurge on all that Michael Stars clothing. I always overdo it on the Michael Stars but it’s hard to resist all the different choices that are offered for Michael Stars shirts. Michael Stars cotton basics are ridiculously easy to fall in love with, and you can wear them with just about everything. I just snagged this Michael Stars tunic with the excuse that I could wear it to my interview on Tuesday, though I still haven’t decided if I prefer it to the tried and true LA Made tunic I got for my birthday in June, or even to that blue LA Made tank under the white sweater. Considering the fact that it’s Monday I’d better make the decision quickly.

Womens Pea Coat and Mens Pea Coat

You would have to have been under a rock to not know, Pea Coats are in this season with bright bold colors the hottest. For the Ladies it does not matter if you fall in love with the Bright colored Tulle Pea Coat or the more sophisticated Juicy Couture Pea Coat you’ll be in style this winter wearing your women’s Pea Coat. Its not that the women’s trench coat is completely out of style, its just that the Pea Coat is hot right now and let me tell you, the celebrities love Pea Coats. For the gentlemen there are a couple of great men’s Pea Coat options, there is the Ted Baker Pea Coat and the Ben Sherman Pea Coat, while the Ted Baker coat is a little more expensive it’s certainly worth the money. But either men’s Pea coat will make a bold statement on those cold winter nights. Again the men’s trench coat is not completely out of style its just that the peacoat is the hottest style this winter.

Sky clothing, Hale Bob

Mel’s party was an absolute riot last night. I wore my much-loved Sky top while my besty, Kenna, borrowed my emerald Sky dress. I just love the attention these clothes get, but obviously I’m not the only one. Kenna loved the dress so much that she’s holding it hostage until she can pick up her own gorgeous dress from the Sky brand. The dress comes in plenty of other colors so that shouldn’t be a problem. I’m a little put out about it but I completely understand that Sky clothing can be extremely addictive. At least I have my gorgy Hale Bob tops to keep me happy until the dress is returned. Hale Bob is about as colorful as Sky, but with great prints to go with. But then, Hale Bob clothing is more daywear, so I hope Kenna returns that dress before our next night out. I can’t stand to wear the same top twice.

Hard Tail & Juicy Couture

I started a new yoga class this weekend and so got to show off my newest acquisitions in Hard Tail loungewear. Hard Tail clothing is so soft and breathable. I don’t know how I got on without it. I got so many compliments for it too! I like to think as Hard Tail Forever clothing as a more sport-friendly Juicy Couture, better for being up and about than lounging in luxury. Though by no means am I giving up my intense love for Juicy Couture Clothing. I can actually mix and match items from both brands perfectly. My Juicy Couture purse looks great with my Hard Tail hoodie, and I can fit both my water bottle and yoga mat in easily. There are a lot more mix and match looks that I have yet to try but I am sure it will be endless amounts of fun to discover them.

Tylie Malibu / Love from Australia

I plan on visiting my sister in New York this fall so I really need to bulk up on warm clothing. I doubt some flimsy tanks and flip flops are going to do for how cold I’ve heard it gets there. I already got a head start when I stumbled on a tiny little boot boutique that’s recently taken up shop down at the plaza. I had hoped to find some Tylie Malibu boots like the pair my sister showed off when she visited last Christmas, but as far as I could tell they didn’t carry Tylie Malibu. The owner said she could look into special ordering a pair but I didn’t think they would show up in time for the trip. After that, she recommended Love from Australia. When I saw the Love from Australia ugg boots, it definitely softened the blow that the lack of Tylie Malibus had struck. If it weren’t so hot here, I would have worn them home. They’re just going to have to wait until the trip.
