In today’s world, we cannot only think of the present anymore. We have to think about our future, as well as our children’s’ future. How do we do this you ask? Recycling. It’s simple, recycle a piece of paper here, a plastic container there, and we’ve already helped in a bigger way than you might think. If everyone in the world were to recycle even just one piece of paper instead of throwing it away, that would add up very fast, and in turn contributing to the big picture. Issues like global warming are steadily destroying out planet, but can be hindered by simple routine tasks like recycling or even reusing a shopping bag, rather than getting a new one to just throw away later.
The world of apparel has even begun to show interest in the green movement. Companies such as Patagonia and Timberland have been creating new methods of producing apparel, with use of recycled products to use in the materials for their clothing. Even couture designers have jumped in with this trend to produce fashionable, yet environmentally friendly clothing. So you no longer have any reason to avoid doing your part to help the environment, because now there’s even a way for you to look great and still be eco-friendly.
